Acceptance of Terms

By using Synergenica LLC's services, website, or software, you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our services.

What We Provide

Synergenica builds AI-powered automation tools, workflow systems, chatbots, document processing solutions, and related services. The specifics of what we build for you will be defined in your service agreement. Our offerings evolve over time as we improve what we do.

Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement, either on your own behalf or on behalf of your organization.

Your Responsibilities

Use our services lawfully. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and anything done through your account. Don't use our systems in ways that break the law or cause harm to others.

Data Ownership

Everything you bring to us (your files, documents, data, prompts, business information, and AI outputs) stays yours. Synergenica claims no ownership over any of it. We won't sell it, and we won't use it to train external AI models. We process your data solely to deliver the services you've hired us for.

AI Output Responsibility

AI-generated content can be wrong. That's just the nature of the technology right now. Before you act on anything our systems produce (whether it's a lead, a document, or a recommendation), review it yourself. You're responsible for verifying the output before you use it.

Prohibited Activities

There are things you can't do with our services:

• ·Use them for anything illegal or harmful
• ·Try to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our systems
• ·Upload content that's malicious, harmful, or unauthorized
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the platform in any way

Payment and Billing

If your engagement involves payment, you agree to pay the fees associated with your plan or service agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party vendors for things like hosting and authentication infrastructure. These vendors are required to protect your data and are contractually prohibited from using it for model training or selling it.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages happen. We'll communicate them when we can.

Limitation of Liability

Synergenica isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using our services. If you have a valid claim against us, our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the three months before the issue arose.

Termination

You can stop using our services whenever you want. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the platform in ways that are harmful or unlawful.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or through our website. We won't bury it in a footer.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
