5. DATA OWNERSHIP

Your Data Rights

All data, files, documents, and business information you provide remain fully owned by you. Synergenica does not claim ownership of your data, and your data will not be sold or used to train external AI models.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Uptime & Support

We strive for 99.5% uptime for core services. Technical support is available during business hours, and we provide advance notification for all scheduled maintenance.

7. FEES & PAYMENT

Billing Protocols

Fees are billed in advance according to your service agreement. Late payments may result in temporary service restriction. We provide 30-day notice for any price adjustments.

8. TERMINATION

Contract Dissolution

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30-day notice. Upon dissolution, data export remains available for a limited period according to our retention policies.
