AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the suitability of any output generated by Synergenica systems before use.

7. Prohibited Activities

Use the services to engage in illegal activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate Synergenica systems
Upload harmful, malicious, or unauthorized content
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform

8. Payment and Billing

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or service plan. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Third Party Services

Synergenica may integrate or rely on third party vendors for hosting, authentication, or infrastructure. These vendors are required to protect your data and may not use it for model training or resale.

10. Service Availability

11. Limitation of Liability

Synergenica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to Synergenica in the previous three months.
